This course is designed for organizations willing to improve human relations internally. Clients will develop a renewed understanding and role of practicing good manners within the business arena. It is an extension beyond being polite, considerate and a caring individual. Proper etiquette is a learned experience and it is a way of showing respect and sensitivity to others.
