Since enrolling last weekend, for your workshops " Creating a Positive Image at your Trade Show Exhibit" and "Networking-a Lifestyle for Success", I have wanted to write and thank you. I feel that I can now enter a room with self-confidence and work the room with assurance. I have put my new firm handshake to use in the last week and it's amazing how many people I have found that could benefit from your knowledge!  I still need to work on several areas, one of which I caught myself doing recently, when handed a business card - I failed to look at it before pocketing it. This will come with practice I'm sure but I am now aware of my errors. Cross networking is of such importance, I was happy to see this covered in your workshop. On my goal list will now be to manage myself as a resource, something I hadn't given much thought to. Since your workshop I have joined another community group which I know I will be of benefit to and benefit from. Networking will become a big part of my life no matter what the future holds! We have exhibited in many trade shows and knew some of the basics, however, your workshop showed me there is still a lot to learn! Your wonderful workbook will be put to good use for the up-coming Yard & Garden Show - from the show budget, preparing the exhibit plan to objectives and follow-up. I could take your work shops again and again and learn new skills at each and every one. You are an interesting, enthusiastic, charming and informative speaker that I just want to tell everyone about. I enjoyed your common sense approach and feel motivated to carry out my newly acquired skills! Thank you again for these wonderful workshops and I look forward to future seminars.

Wow, Joan! You are good. In about two minutes you identified four things I could do to improve my look for my presentation. It took a quick trip to the shopping mall where I purchased one bright colour blouse and shoulder pads. I intensified my makeup, tucked in the new blouse and I had a new great look. Thank you.
