Business has to be done today; contracts have to be signed yesterday; and the person you want to contact by telephone is never available, so you are turned over to the trusty ‘SECRETARY OR  AN ANSWERING MACHINE’. Just because we can hide behind a telephone does not mean that we have to compromise our business image. There are simple rules that should prevail. How do you rate your telephone etiquette skills? This course will help you identify and be more aware of the impact that we make over the telephone. Anyone using telephone and answering machine technology should enroll in this course.
